Burnt Ends was opened by Chef-Owner Dave Pynt in 2013 and quickly became one of the hottest tables in Singapore. Buoyed by its success, they continued by opening Meatsmith, a real-deal barbecue that exists outside of America’s traditional barbecue heartlands using heat, char, smoke, and the grill while covering barbecue from various aspects, ideologies, cultures, and flavors.
