1928 Restaurant’s Chef Take Over Series continues with the chef-owner of the celebrated Mil’s Kitchen restaurant in Yogyakarta. Following the success of the previous two events in May and June, the Chef Take Over Series, the monthly program of 1928 Restaurant at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta continues with another well-loved chef.
