Starting this month, 1928 Restaurant at The Hermitage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Jakarta presents Chef Take Over Series. In line with The Hermitage Jakarta’s theme of “Reviving The Heritage: Reminiscing The Past, Embracing The Future,” the Chef Take Over Series will highlight the richness of Indonesian cuisine as well as celebrate the colonial history of its building.
