Following the successful restaurant takeover by the Sydney-based celebrity chef Luca Ciano last year, InterContinental Bali Resort is excited to announce the return of the renowned chef at the restaurant from 10-18 April 2023. Chef Luca will once again bring
his inventive take on traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine crafted using the best local fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Throughout the week-long takeover at Bella Cucina, Chef Luca offers diners a tantalising glimpse into his culinary world, promising a range of exquisite dishes that are sure to delight the senses. The special dishes are available for a la carte dinner and 6-course set menu dinners on 10-13 and 15-16 April. A 6-course wine dinner in collaboration with Mouton Cadet wines will be held on the 14 April and with Sababay wines on the 10 April. The visit ends with a lavish Sunday Brunch on Sunday the 16 April. During the visit Chef Luca also allows patrons to learn to cook some of his dishes with a fun Cooking Demo with Kids on the 15 April afternoon. For a short time post his visit, the Mediterranean and Italian dishes will continue to feature on the menu.
